R10

The tenth ILR return of the funding year, closing in early June, commonly used as the reference point for year-end funding claims and growth conversations.

R10 closes in early June, late enough in the year for delivery to be substantially known and early enough for the year-end position to be managed.

It is commonly the reference point for year-end funding claims and for conversations about growth or under-delivery, which makes it the point at which a reconciliation problem is still fixable.
