Growth request
A request for additional funding where delivery is running above the allocation.

Where a provider is delivering more than its allocation supports, it may be able to request additional funding. Whether growth is available, and on what terms, depends on the stream and the arrangements for the year.
Growth conversations rely on credible data, so the quality of the return that evidences the over-delivery is what makes or breaks the case.

A record meets the criteria of a report that identifies data worth checking. That is a request to investigate, not a statement that the record is wrong. Some flagged records are entirely correct and simply need their evidence to be locatable.
