Provenance

Where all of this comes from

16 official documents, tracked by version and by funding year. This page shows the honest state of each one, including the ones we have not been able to confirm recently.

How verification works

Each document in the registry is monitored. When it can be fetched and its content is unchanged, the check date is updated. When it has changed, a new version is created alongside the old one and a change record is raised for review. Nothing is overwritten, so the history of what a rule said and when is preserved.

A critical source that cannot be confirmed for more than 45 days is marked overdue, and every page that depends on it says so rather than implying it is current. That is deliberate: an admission of uncertainty is more useful than a false claim of currency.
