Additional 16 to 19 funding reflecting the deprivation of students' home areas and their prior attainment.

The disadvantage element adds funding based on measures of deprivation associated with students' home postcodes, and on prior attainment in English and maths.
Because it is postcode-driven, an incorrect home postcode reduces or inflates this element without producing any validation error.
