If there is a learning aim that is adult skills funded (FM38) and has LARS category reference Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) (LARS_CategoryRef = 76), then the learning start date of this aim must be between the learning start date and learning actual end date (if returned) of another adult skills funded learning aim with Building and Construction Sector Subject Area that is not a CSCS card (LARS_CategoryRef <> 76).
