Employability, enrichment and pastoral

The category of planned activity for 16 to 19 students that supports their programme without being qualification hours.

In full

Employability, enrichment and pastoral hours cover planned, timetabled activity that supports a student's programme but is not qualification delivery, such as work experience, tutorial and personal development.

They count towards planned hours where they meet the conditions in the funding rules, and they need the same evidence as any other planned hours.
