Optional ILR fields a provider can use for its own monitoring purposes.

Provider specified monitoring fields let a college record its own categories against learners and aims, for internal analysis.
They are not used by the funding calculation, but they are extremely useful for reconciling ILR data back to internal structures such as faculties or cost centres.
