Skills Bootcamp
A short, employer-linked adult training course funded against delivery and outcome milestones.

Skills Bootcamps are short courses designed with employers to address specific skills shortages, usually including a guaranteed interview or an employment outcome.
They are funded against contracted milestones, including outcomes, rather than through an hours-driven formula, and are recorded under their own ILR funding model.
