Industry placement
The substantial employer placement that forms part of a T Level.

An industry placement gives a T Level student extended experience in a real workplace relevant to their technical route. Minimum duration and the conditions attached to it are set out in the relevant guidance.
Placement hours and completion are evidenced and are a common focus of both quality and funding scrutiny.

A qualification the college is delivering stops being available for new starts. Existing learners continue, new ones cannot.

An enrichment session is cancelled in November
A weekly enrichment session counted in planned hours is withdrawn after half term. Nobody thinks of it as a funding decision.
