Learning where public funding meets part of the cost and the learner or employer contributes the rest.

Co-funded learning is part funded from public funds, with the balance expected from the learner or their employer as a fee.

Where a learner is recorded as co-funded, the fee position has to be consistent with that: the funding claimed and the fee charged tell one story.
