Tell us what is wrong
If something here is inaccurate, out of date, unclear or missing, we want to know. People make funding decisions on this, so a correction matters more than our pride.
What happens next
Every report is read. Anything that turns out to be wrong is corrected, and where the meaning changed for a reader it is recorded in that page's update history and appears on the updates page, so you can see it was acted on.
If you asked for a reply and left an address, you will get one. If you did not, the correction is still made.
Please do not send us learner data
The Academy holds no learner information and refuses it wherever it appears, including here. Describe the situation instead: "a learner who withdrew in week six is still showing as continuing" tells us everything we need, and is safe to send.
