LearnDelFAMType_114: The start date of the learning aim must be between the effective dates of the Free Courses for Jobs category codes

For starts on or prior to 31 July 2024 and if the 'Level 3 Free Courses for Jobs' learning delivery monitoring code has been returned and is ESFA funded, then the learning start date of the aim must be between the Effective dates of the LARS category codes 'National Skills Fund Level 3 Adult Offer rate 1', 'National Skills Fund Level 3 Adult Offer rate 2'
